The Challenge:
It is not easy to drill a precision core through five meters of concrete, but that’s exactly what our client asked us to do. They needed to install a new mooring dolphin at a port facility on Annacis Island, BC, so they required this specialized coring work. This was a challenging job.

The core drill was carefully positioned to the exact angle required for each hole and progress was constantly monitored throughout the drilling process.
