Our specialty within this industry has been bridge work, whether planning a new structure, moving critical components into place, installing full bridge sections, or dismantling a decommissioned structure.
In some cases, such as with precast bridge assembly, it is more efficient to cast the bridge beams at the precast yard and then transport them to site. The same scenario can be said for building bridges over waterways. Due to the unstable working environment that water provides, it is often easier to build on land and then transport on barge, which overall affords a much tighter timeline for the project.
In addition, we have also been awarded major design-build contracts to upgrade the mechanical components of bridges. These projects typically include design, supply, and installation. We are capable of large-scale project management, which includes engineering services.
